Tiny Update

I've got to get better at sticking to something. I can be such a failure sometimes. I'm still breastfeeding. However, the end is near.

I've quit drinking. So has hubby. We're going on about a week and a half sober now. Woo hoo. I honestly can't contain myself when I drink. It gets ugly. So I'm putting it on hold til I can figure that all out. It's in my blood.

We got a cat :) We actually got him on Christmas Eve, kicked him out because he crapped all over our bed and didn't see him for a whole month!! But he's back now and looks like he's sticking around. We named him Beast. Fitting with our dog, Belle ;)

I'm learning to become stronger in my faith. Trying my hardest anyway. I wanna be the best mama I can be. I know I can't be perfect, but I sure as heck wanna raise my boys right.

Carsons birthday is coming up!! He'll be 5 in March. Gosh how time flies!!

Jackson revisited the dentist this week. Bless him, he is such a tough boy. And so smart. He knows everyone in our family by their full name and can tell you their birthdate! He is one smart 3 year old. He makes me so proud.

He use to say mama and dada, but has so much fun with his other new words he rarely says those anymore!

I'll be back soon with more updating. Pictures. And hopefully something interesting. My boys are keeping me pretty occupied lately :) I wouldn't want it any other way though.

Hampton is crawling :)

We went to the beach for a week in our camper and it was AWESOME.

I didn't want to come home. But, hubby has to work sometime right?

Boys are great, Hubby and I are great too.... Nothing else new I guess ;)

Oh and we got rid of all 9 puppies, finally!

I'm getting bad with the whole blogging thing. My boys are too much fun I guess! :)

Teeth!!!

Well, Jackson has lost teeth and Hampton is getting teeth in!

Yesterday Hampton bit down on my finger and I felt a tooth, I seriously got so excited.. looked into his mouth and there was a purdy little tiny tooth (bottom right to be exact) How exciting!!!! :D

Sorry for the lack of pictures. I haven't put them on the computer yet. Maybe I'll get lazy this week and decide to do it ;) I can't believe little Hamp is already 6 months! :)))

Thirsty TUESDAY anyone?

It's only Tuesday!!! I feel like this week is draaaaaaaaaging by.

Jackson had his dental surgery last Thursday. Worst. Day. Of. My. Life.

I'm slacking terribly with my blog :( I need to add some pics of my little men. BUT I have to upload the pics from my camera and phone to the computer and then to the blog, shew .. it just takes time. Something I don't have lately!

Nothing new my way.. Little things here and there. My boys are getting bigger, smarter and well Hampton is growing literally like a WEED. He is already "crawling" around, sitting up perfect, and eating anything and everything! Yet still breastfeeding. He is ONLY 6 months ;)

I still love my husband, obviously! :))) Oh he did back my suburban into a pole the other day!!! $4,200 worth of damage! Nice one hubby. Thank God for insurance, most of the time, lol.

I'm Still Here ;)

I can't believe my little monkey is 6 months old today :)

And I can't believe it's been over a month since I've blogged!

This summer has been busy! I've been babysitting another 4 year old little boy, Jackson has been having teeth issues getting taken care of (surgery this Thursday too), I've gotten staph infection (my holy God it's terrible nasty awful hurting stuff!), and we've pretty much been staying busy doing anything, unless we are relaxing, which by then I don't feel like sitting on the computer :)

Hampton now sits on his own for short periods of time, scoots and pulls himself around, lifts his knees but doesn't move them just yet, he can roll over both ways, eats about anything, and my goodness he gets cuter every single day :) I love my precious angel! ♥

Sorry for the crappy "im still here" post.. but I've got to clean the house and the yard some before the hubbs gets back from out of town. I sure do loooooooooooove that man ;)

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Today was Hampton's 2 month checkup.

He did so good! He was smiling and cooing the entire time, until his shots :( Poor baby!

Carson and Jackson chased each other around the room both crying for my phone. Embarrassing.

Hampton weighed 9 lbs 15 oz! Almost 3 lbs up from his last appointment about a month ago. And was 21 and 1/2 inches long. Only a 1/2 inch longer from birth. He was scrunched up, I think she measured wrong.

Today is St. Patrick's Day. So far we went to the doctor, had little man's shots and then we drove-thru at the bank, ate at McDonald's, let the kids play there, then we had to go to Walmart .. imagine that, ha! Now we're home waiting for hubby to get off work. And if he doesn't work too late we'll head to Outback for yummy food and GREEN BEER! :) It's our tradition. Love it!

It is SO beautiful outside today. We've already been taking walks around the yard. Hampton loves it, and I guess all the excitement of being outside wears him out because he seems to take good naps afterward.

Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the 80's! I love Spring weather!!

Also, tomorrow Hampton will be 2 months! I'll be sure to at least post a pic of my precious baby tomorrow! Something to celebrate 2 whole months! :)

Last week at my 6 week postpartum checkup I weighed 129.

Today at my follow up for depression I weighed 126! Woo hoo! I could tell I was losing weight!

I still wish I could be at my 110 pre-baby weight. I'll just dream, and maybe have time to workout one of these days.

So my doctor upped my dosage to 40mg. I'm feeling good, but I guess he wants me to feel great? We'll see how it works.

We're HAPPY :)

A Day of Firsts

So yesterday morning Jackson was sitting beside me eating an Oreo, great breakfast I know, when I noticed he was missing a tooth! He was laughing and eating his Oreo like it was no big deal. Apparently the whole thing didn't fall out, just a part of it is gone and he doesn't seem to mind. He'll be going to the dentist shortly though.

Hampton cried last night and I noticed tears when I picked him up. First time.

Then today I gave him 2oz of formula from a bottle because when I feed him he choked and threw up everything. My boobs were done, so I gave him a little formula because he was starving! And he is still breastfeeding just fine :)

So here is my poor child with his missing tooth. I swear I brush his teeth daily! He just has bad teeth I guess, and he likes his candy! Honestly, it's not too noticeable. But, I swear you can't keep him clean these days, he always has something dirty all over his face and his hair is a curly mess. He's precious though :)

Need to add ..

I forgot to mention .. Hampton rolled over yesterday!

I know it's not time for that milestone yet, but he did it! And I wanted to 'mark it down'.

He fell asleep on his tummy, and I looked to check on him and he was laying on his back, still sleeping. Sprawled out.

Hubby says he will be walking when he's 6 months, lol.

And since his umbilical cord came off today, he got his first bath tonight!! He cried, and my gosh his little self is so tiny. It only takes like 2.5 seconds to wash him compared to washing Jackson and Carson.

He's ready for a bath now!

Baby man finally lost his umbilical cord today at 16 days old. I'm so excited to finally be able to give him a warm bath! I wanted to post so I could mark the date somehow :)

I've got tons of new pics to add of course, I'll get them up here soon! I hardly have time to shower or even pee anymore.
